The information you put into our website is secure. We will confirm your order as soon as possible and let you know shipping/insurance cost and tax (if you are in California). However, if you don't hear from us, please let us know that you had place an order: sometimes communications, for unknown reasons, don't go through. |

When I am away from my
desk and you get my answering machine, please leave your
order. If it is still available, I will contact you to
let you know. However, due to the volume of
calls, I cannot return your call if item is no longer available.

- When mailing an order, include a SASE (Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope), except when ordering
the display boxes, which are always in stock.
PAYMENT:
Personal checks, bank checks, money orders, or MasterCard,
VISA, & Discover. Orders are held for
your payment by check or money order for 7 days, unless you let me know you need longer. Also, please let
me know should you change your mind about sending payment for an order so I can
make those items available to others. California sales tax is 7 3/4%.
LAYAWAY:
You are welcome to take this option. Typically, it is ½
down and ½ in 30 days, unless we make another payment
plan. Your prompt payments are necessary to avoid forfeiture
of payments. As usually the case, we cannot offer a return option in addition to a layaway plan.
SHIPPING:
We mainly use UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). Your approximate cost varies according to size of packed box, weight,
and insurance. We normally do not charge for handling, so your cost is typically less than our cost. All packages are insured. There is an additional cost if a package has to be re-routed to a new address we didn't have. Remember we have no way we can be responsible for delays by shipping services.
International orders, due to size restrictions, may have to be shipped in multiple boxes. We ship abroad using USPS.
RETURNS: You are welcome to a five-day return policy from the day of receipt. Please call right away to
notify me that you would like to return something.
Unless the item is not as described, there will be a 4%
restocking fee. Sorry, no returns
on: books, watches, & NRFB items. Sorry we don't pay shipping costs.
